You must notify Ace Fast Blinds of any damage incurred during shipping, or of any defective product you have received within 30 days of receipt. Shippers will not warrant against shipping damage unless they are notified within 30 days which means you must notify Ace Fast Blinds prior to that time. Even if you are not going to install your blinds or shades right away, open the box and inspect them for any damage or defect.

Ace Fast Blinds, LLC warrants to the original purchaser that the product is free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and as long as the product remains in the original window. This warranty extends to the original purchaser of the product.

This warranty does not apply to any of the parts that have failed due to accident, buyer negligence, alterations, misuse, abuse, improper handling, installation or maintenance. Failure to follow instructions for operating or installing the product, loss of color intensity due to exposure to the sun over a long period of time, exposure to salt air, or normal wear and tear shall not be covered by this warranty. Blind slats may vary slightly in color – especially in the case of wood slats. This variation is inherent in the nature of wood and, to a lesser extent, Fauxwood products and is considered acceptable

The manufacturer’s warranty is limited to repairs or replacements of the defective blind or its components. The vendor warrants your order against vendor error. Vendor’s warranty is limited to replacement of blinds or its components. Damage by shipper is likewise warranted to repair or replacement of damaged products. ( Please note FAQ's question: “What do I do when the product is delivered by the freight company?”   To obtain service under this warranty, notify Ace Fast Blinds by email of the damaged product and we will arrange for the product to be shipped back to us for repair or replacement fast.
